BAGUIO BEANS
Mostly grown in the Mountain Province in cooler temperatures, Baguio beans are rich in vitamin K and contain a fair amount of calcium, which are nutrients essential in maintaining healthy bone structures reducing the risk of fractures. Baguio beans are also great sources of lutein and zeaxanthin which help reduce the risk of certain cancers and heart disease, all the while improving vision.
