BANANA SABA
Primarily used in cooking in the Philippines and in other South Asian nations, the saba banana has the traditional yellow exterior and peel, but it is more square in terms of shape and is smaller as compared to most bananas; additionally, it is an excellent source of vitamins A, B, and C, while containing dietary fiber and iron.
