LAING DRIED
Dried laing may be made into Laing, a classic Filipino dish coming from the Bicol region of either shredded or whole taro leaves coupled with meat that is drenched in thick coconut milk with labuyo chili, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, ginger, and shrimp paste.
