MAMI
Often cooked with pork and chicken as main ingredients, mami is an egg noodle soup created by Ma Mon Luk, a Chinese entrepreneur who later on popularized such a dish in Manila; it is a noodle soup made out of wheat flour noodles and additional meat in the broth.
