MIKI
Like many other hand-made noodles, Miki is made out of all-purpose flour. As it is a little thinner than Lomi, Miki may be flat or round, and wet or dry; additionally, adding a pinch of salt and an egg can make the noodles shinier and more chewy.
STORAGE: Place noodles in an airtight plastic bag or container and place in the refrigerator.
