MUSHROOM SHITAKE
Native to East Asia, shiitake mushrooms have been cultivated in China and Japan for centuries and are currently the third most cultivated mushroom worldwide. Shiitake mushrooms are great sources of dietary fiber, protein, iron, B vitamins, and some minerals which all aid in boosting immunity, supporting heart health, and combating cancer.
